VII. BOARD MEMBER/SUPERINTENDENT REPORTS
C. Adopt Resolution 1920-09, appointing Diana García, Principal of Dr. Oscar F. Loya Elementary School, as the Alisal Union School District Board of Trustees representative to serve as a voting member of the Under Construction Education Network (UCEN) Board of Directors, and designating Dr. Jairo Arellano as alternate.
D. Public Hearing to receive public comment on the Board's consideration of adoption of a Resolution Adopting a Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Early Childhood Development Center Project, and approving the project.
E. Adopt Resolution 1920-10, making findings with regard to the Initial Study prepared to address the Early Childhood Development Center Project, adopting a Mitigated Negative Declaration and directing the Superintendent to file the Notice of Determination for the Project.
F. Public Hearing to receive public comment on the Board's consideration of adoption of a Resolution which finds that the property at the northeast corner of Buckhorn and Falcon Drives, where the Early Childhood Development Center Project will be located, has been evaluated using the standards established by the State Department of Education, and finding that the property conforms to the State's site selection standards in accordance with E.C. 17211.
G.
