D. Approve modification to the Board Meeting Calendar for 2019 - Presentation by Manuel F. Martínez, Attorney, Lozano Smith. Recommendation to immediately add additional regular meeting(s) so as to address the selection of an Interim Superintendent. The law requires that executive contracts must be adopted at a regular meeting, and time is of the essence to appoint an Interim Superintendent before June 30, 2019. Recommended dates include, but are not limited to June 26, 27 or 28, 2019.
