VII.BOARD MEMBER/SUPERINTENDENT REPORTS
A. Approve the 45-day Budget Update for Fiscal Year 2019-2020
B. Public Hearing to receive public comment on consideration of adoption of a School Facilities Needs Analysis and Consideration of Alternative School Facility Fees in compliance with Government Code Sections 65995.6, 65995.6, and 65995.7
C. Adopt Resolution 1920-02, adopting the School Facilities Needs Analysis and adopting the Alternative School Facility Fees in Compliance with Government Code Sections 65995.5, 65995.6, and 65995.7
A. Identify two consultant organizations to be interviewed for the purpose of selecting a firm to provide services related to hiring a superintendent for Alisal Union School District
B. Adopt Resolution 1920-01, recognizing the importance of the 2020 Federal Census, and directing such no-cost actions by the Superintendent as information sharing on District social media and at District Family Resource Centers, and promotion of participation in the Census during District school and community meetings
C. Adopt Resolution 1920-04, joining the nation in mourning the victims of recent mass shooting incidents, calling for increased mental health treatment expenditures, calling on Congress to enact responsible gun-control legislation, condemning racism, and calling on national leaders to exercise restraint in verbal and social media communications
