B. Action to adopt a process to negotiate an agreement with the successful consultant firm related to the hiring of a new Superintendent
 
C. Select a consultant firm for search and selection services related to hiring a new Superintendent for Alisal Union School District
 
D. Authorize the Board President and the Board's General Counsel (Lozano Smith) to negotiate terms of an agreement with the successful consultant firm related to the hiring of a new Superintendent.
 
Recommendation for parameters:
  • That the term of the agreement be from the date of execution to June 30, 2020
  • That the cost of the services should not exceed $28,800, and that the identified scource of the funds be the General Fund (Program 7540, Board of Education)

E. Schedule a special meeting for approval of the agreement and review of the timeline/milestones of the process.
