Meeting of the Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee

A Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC) is a group of public members who monitor the spending of bond funds and report their findings to the public. The purpose of a CBOC is to ensure that taxpayers' money is being spent properly. CBOCs are required by California law for public school bonds and community college districts.

CBOC meetings are open to the public.
