Alisal Union will be hosting the Session 2 of 3 of the South Bay Network of Labor-Management Collaboration Training. We would like welcome returning members and new members to this event.
Session Overview:
Teams will reflect on current site level structures and dive deeper into the ways the site learning teams can work effectively and serve as the conduit between district level priorities and needs of the teachers and students. Teams will review research finding on collaboration and identify how the ideas of Professional Collaboration align with current practices. Teams will explore tools for effective communication and will network with other school teams and districts. Teams will create an action plan for the next steps.
