The Alisal Union School District has the pleasure of of hosting the first 2 days of the Labor Management Initiative (LMI) series of trainings. This series will focus on training labor (classified, certificated, and management) on the topics of: the rationale for better labor and management working together, student achievement, structures and systems among other topics. As part of CA LMI’s (and CEC’s) efforts to connect labor-management teams in communities of practice, we will be joining other districts, such as Santa Clara Unified, Salinas Union High, and others in regional networks as we move forward with this important work.
