Ann Cummins Bogan and Arlana Bedard of CEC. They will be here on May 17 & 18 to visit and follow up with SLT reps from ALMA Cohort 1 & 2 schools, directors the steering committee and, possibly, board members. The purpose, again, to check in and see how things are going with our Alisal Labor-Management Accord (ALMA) implementation and for them to provide clarification or technical assistance, as needed. Hopefully, most folks from the different groups can attend, as this is a good opportunity for them to interact directly with our external partners to help better understand and get the consistent message out about our labor-management collaboration initiative, as well as to help us improve our implementation of ALMA.
